Healthy, established colonies from a breeder in the Netherlands.

Isopod information
I have separated the Porcellio scaber ‘Calico’ from my original mix colony of Porcellio scaber into their own tub, and hence a lot of what have remained (and remained a lot of them !) carry the Calico gene.
Isopod care
Origin: Widespread

Temperature: 17 – 26°C
Humidity: 50 – 60%

They will enjoy a slightly higher protein-based diet, at least 2x times a week. Be sure to check out our Protein mix foods. They prefer less fresh leaves. Also don’t forget a calcium source (cuttlefish bone, limestone & oyster seashell, limestone rock) to keep them healthy.
