Enclosures for isopods (isopodaria) and other invertebrates and small pet animals. The air vents are made of an ultra fine mesh that:
β Prevents your adult isopods and their babies from crawling out
β Doesnβt let in insect pests such as fungus gnats, fruit flies, mites, ants and other insects that could threaten your pets and the entire colony.
β Prevents known isopod escapees (Trichorhina tomentosa, Porcellionides pruinosus, Porcellio scaber, Porcellio laevis etc.) from hijacking other isopod containers.

Ideal for containers housing isopods, millipedes, mantis, spiders, jumping spiders, tarantulas, phasmids, beetles, roaches, snails, grasshoppers, katydids & other invertebrates, reptiles & amphibians (geckos, dart frogs, salamanders).
An ideal enclosure for isopods that require air flow, such as Porcellio bolivari, Porcellio nicklesi and others, would benefit from 4 air vents on each side of the container, so that the draft generated from the opposite openings provide adequate air flow. For other isopods 3 ventilation grilles could be used: two on the dryer side and one on the more humid side of the container.
An ideal enclosure for a tarantula may have 1 or more ventilation grilles on the container.
An ideal enclosure for millipedes should have 2 ventilation grilles placed on the lid, and on the opposite sides of the container, so that humidity can build up more easily on the inside.
An ideal enclosure for pet roaches may have 2 or more ventilation grilles on the container, depending on the cockroach species.
An ideal enclosure for a jumping spider may have 1 or more ventilation grilles on the container.
