Aglaonema ‘Golden Bay’ is a variegated exotic tropical plant in the Araceae family, and at the moment of writing, an extremely rare cultivar in Europe. The ‘Golden Bay’ has golden / yellow midrib and leaf veins, whilst on the ‘Silver Bay’ Aglaonema cultivar the midrib and leaf veins are silvery-green. Aglaonema ‘Golden Bay’ is certainly a beautiful and vibrant tropical jewel to add to your plant collection as it will make your home or office a more beautiful place to live in.

Plant care
Maximum growth: up to 60 cm. (height). As an ornamental indoor plant its size depends to a great extent from the size of the pot.

Type of growth: upright shrub.
Flowers: its white flowers will emerge from an adult plant.
Temperature: room temperature: ~22 Celsius (71.6 Fahrenheit); frost-sensitive.
Humidity: 50% to 80%
Light: indirect 80% / morning sunlight 20% (preferred)
Light: bright indirect 100%
Growing medium: fine-grained orchid bark 50% / potting soil for houseplants 40% / inorganic substrate for aeration (such as perlite) 10% (preferred).

Watering: depends on the temperature. Allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings; do not keep the soil drenched in water at all times.
