Troglodillo sp. ‘Moth’ ‼️ If this is not a dream isopod, then what? Troglodillo sp. ‘Moth’ was another instance of love at first sight 😍 Everything on this isopod is causing jaws to drop. From their unique color and pattern, to the shape of their body and head. If you observe the photo above ^ it’s like a super sports car! This is literally art in motion! An interesting characteristic of Troglodillo sp. ‘Moth’ is that, it seems their body reflects the light they are surrounded by. So if they are on green moss they will reflect those amazing hues of green-blue! Other times they might appear as having a translucent body! The younger isopods especially have a more translucent body. But it is also a variable species, as some isopods are greener, and other isopods are more yellow. This is truly the most stunning isopod species I have ever had!
