Not pure white, not pure caramel. Porcellio laevis ‘White Caramel’ is a selected laevis variation developed from Porcellio laevis ‘White’, where the color is caramel-white. Porcellio laevis isopods are mainly active during the day (diurnal). Its round shape makes it easy to distinguish from other elongated isopods. It’s on the larger scale size and an easy isopod to keep and breed. Their appetite is truly without boundaries, they will eat anything and they will wash the plate clean in no time! They are hardy and adaptable but rather quick when exposed.
