Bee pollen is like a superfood for invertebrates. It is a nutritionally dense food with proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, fatty acids, vitamins (all of them listed below), minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. It also contains folic acid, biotin, rutin, inositol, and essentially bee pollen contains more than 250 bioactive compounds.
